Inspector Notes

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today from 10:20am-11:50pm. There were 32 children directly supervised by 3 staff. The physical plant, 3 staff records, 4 children?s records, medications, evacuation drills, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. Children were observed playing outside. Areas of non-compliance are identified in the Violation Notice.
