Inspector Notes

A renewal inspection was conducted today from 7:15 am until 9:15 am. There were 11 children present with 2 staff members. The children were observed reading and playing in small groups. The physical plant, evacuation logs, attendance logs, medication, medication authorization, children's records and staff records were reviewed. There were no violations cited.
