8VAC20-790 SUBSIDY REGULATIONS.

Inspector Notes

A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted today to review supplemental health and safety requirements. There were 11 children present with 2 staff members. The children were observed reading and playing in small groups. A licensing inspection was conducted on t he same ate as the SHSI supplemental inspection, the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. No violations of the supplemental subsidy health and safety requirements were found.
