Inspector Notes
A Subsidy Health and Safety monitoring inspection was conducted on 03/14/2024 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. This inspection began at 7:40am and ended at 8:45am. There were 3 staff with 15 children in one room at the time of the visit. The children were observed coloring, playing chess, handwashing, and other organized activities. Children's files, emergency preparedness procedures, the physical plant, and fire drill logs were reviewed. There were 8 medications on site at this time. A licensing inspection was also conducted on this date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection.
