Inspector Notes
An unannounced renewal study was conducted. Twenty eight children were present in two classrooms with three staff. Observed children transitioning from snack, literacy time and moving into choices. One emergency medication was on-site with completed authorizations and staff with having Medication Administration Training (MAT) certification. Snack served today was banana bread and apple juice. Emergency preparation is up to date. The rooms reflect the "Walk Into the Wild" school year theme. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued. Feel free to contact me if you need any assistance.
