Inspector Notes
An unannounced monitoring visit was conducted today. The SACC program has 2 dedicated classrooms for the program that are decorated to enhance the annual theme "Turn the Page-Discovering your Character Through Stories" Twenty three students were present with three staff during the afterschool session. Reviewed physical space, a sample of records for children, medication authorizations and storage , emergency preparation and staff trainings. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued. Feel free to contact me if you need any assistance.
