Inspector Notes

A monitoring inspection was initiated on 3/29/2023 at approximately 8:05am and concluded on 3/29/2023 and approximately 8:50am. There were a total of 12 children with 4 staff members present. Children were observed playing board games, creating popsicle houses, and coloring. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of 6 child records and 4 staff records were reviewed. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law.
