Inspector Notes

A monitoring inspection was initiated on 5/3/2024 at approximately 11:55am and concluded on 5/3/2024 at approximately 1:00pm. There were a total of 38 children with 3 staff members present. Children were observed crafting paper flowers, reading, playing card games, and decorating the rooms with their art. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of 7 child records and 3 staff records were reviewed. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law.
