Inspector Notes
An unannounced monitoring inspection was initiated on and completed on 6/10/2025 in response to a self-report received by the licensing office on 6/5/2025 relating to child abuse and neglect. There were 54 children present and three staff. The inspector reviewed two children?s records on-site. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews, and observations. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
