Inspector Notes

A monitoring inspection was conducted today, 9/25/2023, from 9:25am to 10:15am. 25 children were directly supervised by 4 staff at the beginning of the inspection. Children were observed arriving to the facility, playing games and working on crafts. Attendance, the physical space, 5 children's records, 4 staff records, evacuation drills, the Emergency Preparedness Plan, and required posted documents were reviewed. Medications were in compliance. Age appropriate materials were available in all classrooms. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
