Inspector Notes

A monitoring inspection was initiated on 9/26/2022 and concluded on 9/26/2022 on a teacher workday. There were 32 children directly supervised by 2 staff members. Children were engaged in legos, dolls and computer games. The physical plant, 3 child records, 4 staff training records, medications, evacuation drills, emergency supplies and policies were inspected. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law.
