Inspector Notes

A renewal inspection was initiated on 1/26/2023 and concluded on 1/26/2023. There were 28 children directly supervised by 2 staff members. Children were observed arriving to the program during a teacher work day. Children were playing with blocks, games, play dough, beading and manipulatives. The physical plant, 3 child records, 3 staff training records, medications, evacuation drills, and emergency supplies were inspected. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law.
