Inspector Notes

A monitoring/renewal inspection was conducted on 9/1/2023. There were 20 children directly supervised by 2 staff members. Children were observed eating lunch and hand washing. The physical plant, 3 child records, 3 staff records, medications, evacuation drills, and emergency supplies were inspected. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law.
