An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was initiated and completed on 9/11/2024. The on-site inspection began at 8:25 am and ended at 9:05 am. The inspector reviewed compliance
in the areas listed above. There were 26 children present and 2 staff. The inspector reviewed 3 children?s records and 2 staff records on-site.
This inspection included document review, policies and procedures, emergency planning, medication authorizations, a tour of the program, interviews and observations.

Information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or
law.
