Inspector Notes

An unannounced Monitoring Inspection took place on October 17, 2023 between the hours of approximately 8:25 a.m. and 8:55 a.m. There were 2 classrooms observed with a total of 24 children with 2 staff within the supervision guidelines. The children were observed playing with legos, reading a book, and other organized activities. Positive interaction between staff and children were observed. A complete inspection of the physical plant, children and staff records, fire drill log, and medication was conducted during this inspection. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
