Inspector Notes

A renewal inspection was initiated on 3/15/2023 and concluded on 3/15/2023. There were 20 children directly supervised by 3 staff members. Children were observed arriving to the morning program, game in the gym and making sea creatures. The physical plant, 3 child records, 3 staff training records, medications, evacuation drills, emergency supplies and policies were inspected. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law.
