Inspector Notes

The licensing inspector conducted an investigation in response to a self-reported incident that was received by the department on March 6, 2024, regarding allegations of programming. The inspection was initiated and completed on March 8, 2024. With permission from the parent, the child was interviewed, staff were also interviewed, observations were made in the center.
The information gathered during this investigation does not support the allegations. There are no violations resulting from this self-reported investigation.
