Inspector Notes
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today from 5:15pm-6:00pm. There were 24 children directly supervised by 5 staff. The physical plant, 5 staff records, 5 children?s records, medications, evacuation drills, injury reports, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. Children were observed finishing a hot chocolate party, playing card games, playing board games, and being dismissed for the day. There was an assortment of age appropriate materials for the children in care. The center was clean and organized. No violations were cited during today's inspection.
