Inspector Notes

A renewal inspection was initiated on 5/20/2022 and concluded on 5/20/2022. There were a total of 6 children with 2 staff members present. Children were observed reading.

The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of 2 child records reviewed.

The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
