Inspector Notes

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today from 3:37 pm to 4:00 pm. There were no children at the time of inspection was conducted. There were 2 present during the inspection. The physical plant, 1 staff records, 3 children?s records, no new medications since the last inspection, evacuation drills were inspected.

There was an assortment of age appropriate materials for the children in care. The center was clean and organized.

The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
