Inspector Notes

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on December 12, 2023 approximately 4:00 pm to 4:15 pm. There were 8 children directly supervised by 2 staff. The physical plant,3 children?s records, no on-site medications, evacuation drills, injury reports, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. Children were observed participating arriving the classroom, hand washing, and eating snacks (cereal, cheese it, and juice). There was an assortment of age appropriate materials for the children in care. The center was clean and organized.

The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
