Inspector Notes

A self-reported incident was received by the department on February 7, 2024 regarding allegations in the areas of staff general qualifications. A complaint inspection was initiated on February 20, 2024 and concluded on March 19, 2024. Staff interviews were reviewed and observation of the school-age class was completed.

The evidence gathered during the investigation did not support the allegations of the self-report of non-compliance with standards or law.
