Inspector Notes

An in-person mandated monitoring inspection was conducted on March 2, 2023 from 2:30pm until 3:10pm. There were 29 children in care with 3 staff supervising. The majority of the children were outside on the playground playing outside with 2 staff members. The children were playing on the playground, playing basketball and playing football in the field. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of 5 child records and 3 staff records were reviewed.

Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
