Inspector Notes
An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was initiated on November 27, 2024 and completed on November 27, 2024, as a part of the current licensure period. The on-site inspection began at 11:45am and ended at 12:25pm. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 13 children present and 3 staff. The inspector reviewed 5 children?s records and 3 staff records on-site.
This inspection included: document review, postings review, tour of the facility and playgrounds, interviews, and observations.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
