Inspector Notes

An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted on 2/20/2024 from 8:50 am to 9:28 am. There were 25 children supervised by 3 direct care staff. The physical plant, 3 children?s records, medications, evacuation drills, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. Children were observed participating in group play. Areas of non-compliance are identified in the Violation Notice. Thank you for your cooperation during this inspection. Based on record review and interview, it was determined the center did not ensure that the record for each child contained documentation of child updates and confirmation of up-to-date information in the child's record as required by 8VAC20-780-420 E 3.

Evidence: Child #3's last annual update is 10/18/2021.
Plan of Correction: I will have the parent update no later than 3/1/2024.
