Inspector Notes

A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted this date to review supplemental health and safety requirements. At the time of entrance, 24 children were in care with 4 staff members present. Children were observed during snack time, engaged in group activities and hand washing. A licensing inspection was conducted on the same date as the SHSI supplemental inspection; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection.
