Inspector Notes

An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted on 3/10/2023 from 7:53 am-8:50 am. There were 14 children supervised by 3 direct care staff. The physical plant, 4 staff records, 5 children?s records, medications, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. Children were observed participating in group play and tabletop activities. Areas of non-compliance are identified in the Violation Notice. Thank you for your cooperation during this inspection.
