Inspector Notes

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on 3/5/2024 from 12:28 pm to 1:05 pm. There were 30 children supervised by 3 direct care staff. The physical plant, 3 staff records, 4 children?s records, medications, evacuation drills, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. Children were observed participating in group play. Areas of non-compliance are identified in the Violation Notice. Thank you for your cooperation during this inspection.
