Inspector Notes
An unannounced, on-site renewal inspection was initiated on 10/1/2025 and completed on 10/1/2025, as a part of the provisional licensure period. The on-site inspection began at 8:00 am and ended at 9:10 am. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 28 children present and 5 staff. The inspector reviewed 5 children?s records and 4 staff records on-site. This inspection included document review, a tour of the facility, interviews, and observations.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
