Inspector Notes
An unannounced monitoring visit was conducted with the afterschool SACC program. SACC uses 2 classroom. Forty eight children were in the AS program with 5 staff. Observed children washing hands and eating snack (chips and salsa, water and apples, free play with Legos, reading, friendship bracelets art project and games. A group also went to the gym for an active game. Reviewed emergency preparation, staff trainings, medications and a sample of children's records. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
