A group also went to the gym for an active game. Reviewed emergency preparation, staff trainings, medications and a sample of children's records. Violations

1
Standard 8VAC20-780-60-A-8
Based on record review, the written allergy plan was not accurate as the steps to be taken can not be completed by the staff as medication was missing.
Evidence:
Child #1 and Child #3 both have written allergy care plans that call for emergency medication to be administered in case of an allergic reaction/exposure but no medication was on-site.
Plan of Correction: A conversation with parents will be had at pickup to either bring in the medication or update the written allergy care plans for both children.
