Inspector Notes

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on September 26, 2022. There were 34 children with 3 staff supervising. The physical plant, children's records, staff records, evacuation drills, emergency preparedness procedures, accident/injury reports, medication and authorizations and the first aid kit were reviewed. The children were observed handwashing, eating lunch and playing table games. There were no violations issued.
