Inspector Notes
A Subsidy Health and Safety monitoring inspection was conducted on 6/7/2022 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. This inspection began at 8:40am. There were 4 staff with 24 children in 2 SACC rooms at the time of the visit. At the start of the inspection, children were observed playing on the playground, making bracelets, playing games, coloring, and other organized activities. Children's files, staff files, emergency preparedness procedures, evacuation drill logs were reviewed. The physical plant was inspected. There were 3 emergency medications on site at this time. A licensing inspection was also conducted on this date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. No violations were found during the supplemental subsidy health and safety inspection requirements.
