Inspector Notes

This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using and alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts, documents review, interviews and a virtual tour of the program.
A monitoring inspection was initiated on September 13, 2021 and concluded on September 17, 2021. The provider was contacted by telephone and a virtual inspection was conducted. There were 10 children present directly supervised by 3 staff. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, special care and emergencies and nutrition. The inspector reviewed on 4 children records and 2 staff records.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
