Inspector Notes

A monitoring inspection was initiated on 5/26/2023 at approximately 3:00pm and concluded on 5/26/2023 at approximately 4:00pm . There were a total of 22 children with 4 staff members present. Children were observed during afternoon check-in, snack time, and engaged in group activities. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of 5 child records and 4 staff records were reviewed. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law.
