Inspector Notes

A monitoring inspection was initiated on 10/27/2023 at approximately 8:15am and concluded on 10/27/2023 at approximately 8:55am. There were a total of 24 children with 2 staff members present. Children were observed during breakfast time, engaged in group activities and preparing for the school day. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of 5 child records and 2 staff records were reviewed. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law.
