Inspector Notes

An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was initiated on 12/5/2024 and completed on 12/5/2024. The on-site inspection began at 8:10am and ended at 9:00am. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 26 children present and 3 staff. The inspector reviewed 5 children?s records and 4 staff records on-site. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law, and violations are documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

The center administers drugs only to the child identified on the prescription label in accordance with the prescriber's instructions.

The center was not able to administer drugs to Child #1 in accordance with the prescriber's instructions because one of the two medications listed in the prescriber's instructions was not present at the center.
Plan of Correction: The center will obtain the needed medication from the parents of the child.
