Inspector Notes

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted September 26 2022 between 12:00pm and 12:45pm. there were 21 children in the care of 3 staff members. Children were observed eating lunch, cleaning up areas, washing hands, and creating marble mazes. A sampling of child records, the staffing records, trainings, certifications, evacuation records, medications and the attendance was reviewed and inspected.
