Inspector Notes

A monitoring inspection was conducted on 05/17/2023 from 7:05AM to 7:35AM. 4 children were directly supervised by 2 staff at the beginning of the inspection. The Licensing Inspector observed the procedures as children continued to arrive. The physical space, 2 children's records, staff records, evacuation drills, accident/injury reports, attendance and required posted documents were reviewed. Medications were in compliance. Children were observed playing games, working on art projects and interacting with peers and staff members. Age appropriate materials were available in all classrooms. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
