Inspector Notes

An in-person renewal study was conducted today. There were 27 children with 3 staff after school. Attendance and student check-in procedures were observed along with hand washing and snack. 3 staff records were reviewed for specific items only as the full record is reviewed at the main office at another time. 3 children's records were reviewed. All were completed. Medications, emergency evacuation drills, first aid supplies, emergency supplies were all inspected. The inspection will be typed off site and emailed to the CS for signature.
