Inspector Notes

An in person monitoring inspection was conducted today after school.
There are 27 children with 3 staff present.
4 child records were reviewed. See Violation Notice for non-compliance.
Emergency evacuation drills, menu, medications, first aid supplies, emergency supplies, posted documents, ratios and supervision were all in compliance.

Based on a review of records, child records do not contain all required documentation.
Evidence:
3 of 3 child records with a diagnosed food allergy, did not contain documentation of an allergy action plan with instructions from a physician for steps to take in an emergency. (Children #1, 2, 3).
Plan of Correction: I will talk with the children's parents to get the action plans completed.
