Inspector Notes

An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted today before school.
By the end of the inspection, there were 33 children with 3 staff present.
The playground was not in use this morning. Children were observed: playing card games, building with Lego's and reading books.
3 staff records were reviewed for specific items only as the full record is reviewed at the main office at another time.
4 child records were reviewed. See Violation Notice for non-compliances cited today.
Medications, menu, emergency evacuation drills, emergency and first aid supplies and bathroom supplies were all in compliance today.

There were no posted maps showing evacuation routes from the SACC room, or showing the shelter-in-place procedures.

Based on a review of records, child records did not contain documentation of instructions from a physician regarding the food to which a child is allergic and the steps to be taken in the event of a suspected or confirmed allergic reaction.
Evidence:
