Inspector Notes

This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts, documents review, and a virtual tour of the program.

A renewal inspection was conducted on 3/18/2022. The Supervisor was contacted by telephone and a virtual inspection was conducted. There were 31 children present, ranging in ages from to 5 years to 12 years, with 4 staff supervising. The Inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, special care,and emergencies. A total of 3 children's records and on site administrative information for 4 staff were reviewed.

The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
