Inspector Notes
A Subsidy Health and Safety Inspection took place on 08/29/2022 between the hours of approximately 4:00 p.m. and 4:45 p.m. There were 2 classrooms observed with a total of 28 children with 4 staff within the supervision guidelines. The children were observed reading, playing a card game, stacking cups, and eating snack. Positive interactions between staff and children were observed. A complete inspection of the physical plant was conducted. Children and staff records, fire drill log, medication and emergency procedures were observed during this inspection. There was 1 medication on site at this time. A licensing inspection was also conducted on this date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection.
