Inspector Notes

Conducted an unannounced inspection at 4:00pm. Observed 46 children + 3 staff. Ratios and supervision were in compliance. Children were observed arriving to the program, washing hands, eating snack, doing homework, preparing to go to the gym for active play, and departing for the day. A variety of snack options were provided. The facility was found to be clean and well supplied with games + equipment for the children. Recordkeeping was in order.
