8VAC20-790 SUBSIDY REGULATIONS.

Inspector Notes

A subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted between 2:45pm-4:45pm. There were a total of 28 children with four staff members. Physical plant, staff and children records, medications and emergency procedures were reviewed along with supplemental health and safety requirements.
A licensing inspection was conducted on the same date as the SHSI supplemental inspection. The two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during the supplemental inspection. No violations of the supplemental subsidy health and safety requirements were found.
