Inspector Notes

An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted on February 13, 2024, from 3:30pm-4:45 pm. At the time of entrance, 46 children were in care with four supervising staff members present. The inspector reviewed five children?s records and four staff records. . The physical space, medications, emergency supplies, evacuation drills, attendance records, and the Emergency Preparedness Plan were reviewed. Children were observed during snack time, handwashing, reading books, and playing games. Areas of non-compliance are identified on the violation notice.
