Inspector Notes

An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was initiated and completed on October 2, 2025, as a part of the licensure period. The on-site inspection began at 10:00am and ended at 11:00am. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 26 children present and four staff. The inspector reviewed seven children?s records and four staff records on-site. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews, and observations.

The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
