Inspector Notes

An in-person inspection was conducted today. There are 33 children with 4 staff present on this teacher work day. 4 staff records were reviewed for specific items only as the full record is reviewed at another time at the main office. 4 child records, medications, injury reports, emergency supplies, first aid supplies and emergency drills are all in compliance. Children were observed washing hands, eating lunch, and participating in an Entrepreneurs day - creating, buying and selling products. The inspection report will be typed off site and emailed to the center for signatures. LI was present today from 11:50AM- 12:55PM.
