Inspector Notes

An in person monitoring inspection was conducted today, on a Teacher Work Day.
There were 23 children present at LI arrival with 2 staff. A third staff person arrived at the same time.
3 child records were reviewed. All were complete.
3 staff records were reviewed for specific items only as the full record is reviewed at another time at the main office.
Emergency supplies, emergency evacuation drills, first aid supplies, menu, and medications are all in compliance.
LI was present today from 1:42PM - 2:35PM.
